If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We ship throughout South Africa and internationally.

South Africa:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  Standard shipping rates apply to most areas.  If your delivery address falls within a remote or outlying area that requires an additional courier fee, we will contact you before processing your order.

International Orders:

We are happy to ship worldwide.  As international shipping costs vary depending on your location, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote to your region before placing your order.  If you have any questions about shipping, we're always happy to help.

Each item is printed and carefully manufactured to order, ensuring the highest quality finish.

*  Production Time - Approximately 15 working days for printing and manufacturing.

*  Delivery Time - 2-6 working days for transit, depending on your location.

Keep clean with vacuum cleaner (preferably a vacuum without brushes which may possibly damage fibers in the long term)

Can be cleaned with water and washing powder by hand (rinse with garden hose)

OR machine wash by rolling mat neatly inside of washing machine if the mat fits comfortably without folding

Do not clean with carpet cleaning machine (with brushes), steam cleaning is preferable

Do not scrub with brush, do not wring out water by twisting mat

Reshape while damp, dry flat in direct sunlight on even surface
