Due to the printing process and the natural characteristics of the fabric, the colours of the finished product may appear slightly softer and less vibrant than they do on screen.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.  Standard shipping applies within South Africa.  Your artwork is carefully wrapped and securely boxed before being sent with The Courier Guy South Africa.  If your location falls outside a standard service area and additional shipping costs are required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional fee.

To keep your maxi skirt looking beautiful and preserve the colours and print, please follow these care guidelines:

Water temperature:  

Wash in cold or lukewarm water, preferably below 30 - 40 degrees Celsius

Detergent:

Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent.  Avoid heavy powders, bleach, enzymes and strong stain removers.

Washing:

Turn the kaftan inside out before washing.  Choose a delicate hand wash or a short, gentle machine cycle with a low spin speed.

First Washes:

Wash dark or high-contrast prints separately for the first 2-3 washes, as some initial surface colour release may occur.

Do Not Wring:

Gently squeeze out excess water of press the fabric in a clean towel.  Never twist or wring the fabric.

Drying:

Drip dry or line dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.  Avoid tumble drying, as heat can affect both the fabric and print.

Ironing:

Iron on the reverse/unprinted side using the appropriate temperature setting for viscose.

With the right care, your wearable artwork will stay beautiful for longer.
