If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.  Standard shipping applies within South Africa.  Your artwork is carefully wrapped and securely boxed before being sent with The Courier Guy South Africa.  If your location falls outside a standard service area and additional shipping costs are required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional fee.

International buyers:

Please email us for a shipping quote.  We can provide a quote using your preferred shipping company to your location.

Each stretched canvas print is professionally printed and finished to order.  Please allow 7-14 working days for printing, stretching and preparation.  

Shipping:  Once your artwork is ready, delivery takes approximately 2-6 working days, depending on your location.  

Please note that shipping time is additional to the 7-14 working day production period.

Caring For Your Printed Product

To keep your beautiful printed piece looking vibrant and fresh for as long as possible, please follow these simple care instructions:

 

Water:

Wash in cold or lukewarm water, preferably below 30 - 40 degrees Celsius.  Hot water can affect the print and cause colours to fade.

Detergent:

Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent.  Avoid bleach, strong stain removers, enzymes and harsh washing powders.

 

Washing:

Turn the item inside out before washing.  Use a gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle with a low spin speed.

 

First few washes:

Dark or strongly coloured prints should be washed separately for the first 2-3 washes, as some excess surface colour may be released.

 

No wringing:

Please don't twist or wring the fabric.  Gently squeeze out excess water or press it between clean towels.

 

Drying:

Drip dry or hang on the line in a shaded area.  Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause both the print and natural fabric to fade.  Do not tumble dry.

 

Ironing:

Iron the item on the reverse, unprinted side, using the correct temperature for the natural fabric.
