To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

South Africa:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  Standard shipping rates apply to most areas.  If your delivery address falls within a remote or outlying area that requires an additional courier fee, we will contact you before processing your order.

International Orders:

We are happy to ship worldwide.  As international shipping costs vary depending on your location, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote to your region before placing your order.  If you have any questions about shipping, we're always happy to help.

OUR SCARVES ARE CUSTOM MADE AND PRODUCED TO ORDER, ESPECIALLY FOR YOU.  OUR MANUFACTURER'S PRINTING AND SEWING DEPARTMENT FILLS UP QUICKLY DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR, AND PRODUCTION TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON DEMAND.  PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT CERTAIN FABRICS MAY OCCASIONALLY BE OUT OF STOCK, WHICH CAN CAUSE ADDITIONAL DELAYS WHILE NEW STOCK BECOMES AVAILABLE.  PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 1 MONTH FOR PRINTING AND SEWING BEFORE YOUR SCARF IS READY FOR DISPATCH.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WHILE YOUR CUSTOME-MADE SCARF IS CAREFULLY PRODUCED.

Caring For Your Printed Product

To keep your beautiful printed piece looking vibrant and fresh for as long as possible, please follow these simple care instructions:

 

Water:

Wash in cold or lukewarm water, preferably below 30 - 40 degrees Celsius.  Hot water can affect the print and cause colours to fade.

Detergent:

Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent.  Avoid bleach, strong stain removers, enzymes and harsh washing powders.

 

Washing:

Turn the item inside out before washing.  Use a gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle with a low spin speed.

 

First few washes:

Dark or strongly coloured prints should be washed separately for the first 2-3 washes, as some excess surface colour may be released.

 

No wringing:

Please don't twist or wring the fabric.  Gently squeeze out excess water or press it between clean towels.

 

Drying:

Drip dry or hang on the line in a shaded area.  Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause both the print and natural fabric to fade.  Do not tumble dry.

 

Ironing:

Iron the item on the reverse, unprinted side, using the correct temperature for the natural fabric.
